Return and exchange

Returns are free in case of workmanship defects or in the event of a mistake from Elfaleh Sports House in sending an item other than what was requested, and we currently do not offer an exchange service, which means that you will need to return the product first and buy what you want instead.

General Terms:

The period allowed for a return request is 8 days from the date of receipt.

To complete the return process, the merchandise must be in its original condition (new, unused and in its packaging).

Refund is made by returning the amount to the same payment method used when purchasing.

For health reasons, some items such as underwear, swimwear, sports bras and socks, compression bands, headbands, hats, paws, etc., and disposable products such as airports if their packages have been opened or any other similar products are not allowed to be returned.

Please note that shipping charges, cash on delivery, and any other taxes or customs fees incurred will not be refunded.

If you return products that were originally part of a promotion, you will lose the value of the discount.

Elfaleh Sports House Company reserves the right to refuse to return any product that it deems to be unfit for resale.

No returns will be accepted if the time limit is exceeded.

We do not accept the following returns:

Products that are damaged as a result of misuse or that show signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.

Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless faulty.

Underwear, swimwear, sports bras and socks, compression bands, headbands, hats, paws, etc., and disposable products such as airports or other similar products.

Return procedures:

To create a return request, please complete the following steps within the permitted return period:

We will log your return request

If your item is to be picked up by our shipping partner

We will send you the Airway Bill number via mail and you have to print the AWB and paste it on your packaging.

You might have the option to drop the item at their delivery center for a faster return.

Return or exchange request will be free of charge in case there is a manufacturer defect or there is an order error, otherwise you will have to pay the shipping fee, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount directly.

All returned parts must be sent in one consignment.

All returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that belts are returned and any other extras that came with the original product.

Returned products undergo a quality check before return is accepted.

You will receive an email to confirm receipt of the returned product and to initiate the refund process.

We will verify your returns and credit the refund to your bank account within 7-14 days.

Don't forget to check our returns policy for the list of returns that you cannot return.

Please inform us immediately by sending a message on the Contact Us page in case you receive a damaged or defective product, within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt.
