Maintenance and repair

At ElFaleh Sports House, we are always keen to provide the best after-sales services to its customers, from maintenance, provision of spare parts and quality assurance of manufacture, in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, as follows:
  • The repair time is a maximum of 15 days from the date of receiving the device for maintenance (not including the time required to provide the required spare parts, with the exception of public holidays and special occasions).
  • Providing rare spare parts within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of requesting the piece (except for public holidays and special occasions).
  • The customer has the right to obtain a temporary device or to obtain 1÷400 (equivalent to 0.0025%) of the value of the device for each day of delay in maintenance in the cases stipulated by law.
  • Commitment to a 30-day quality maintenance guarantee.
  • The obligation to respond to the customer’s complaints, provide the required data, update the customer with the complaint path within 5 days, and the final response to the complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days.
  • If the device is out of warranty, 172.5 riyals inclusive of 15% tax shall be paid, in order to check and receive the device from the customer’s home and reconnect it to the customer again. The customer has the right to demand a refund or to demand it for other maintenance. This service is also available within the cities where ElFaleh branches are available.
